WallGoldfinger eNewsletter - November 2009 14th Edition

Off The Wall. . .

Cartoon

We are having a very exciting November. Our new orders are the largest they have been in years.

The diversity of the orders is unique, both in function and in materials. Trading desks with white lacquered metal walls and blue acrylic work surfaces, executive offices in fine veneers and stainless steel, a new version of our Arbor reconfiguring table line in brushed aluminum and synthetic leather, and conference tables in Gray Pearl Granite.

Reorders from past architects and designers are always the highest compliment, and over 90% of our work this year has come from past relationships.

To show off some of our recent work, we have updated the portfolio section of our website, wallgoldfinger.com. Tell a freind to sign-up for our eNewsletter if you know someone who would like monthly updates, or become a fan of WallGoldfinger on Facebook.

Our IIDA/IDCEC accredited seminars have had a strong response this fall. If you would like to schedule one at your office, give us a call, or visit our website. We are also offering the seminar in the early evenings at our NYC Showroom, the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Avenue.

Locally, I wish we could say the ski areas are open, but we are having a sunny and warm November. As always, this will change quickly. . .

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
John Wall

Sleek & Aerodynamic

Boat Table

Designed by Pier Fine Associates for a New York capital management firm, this 24'-0" conference table is the definition of sleek. The working surface of the table is quite conventional, utilizing plain sliced walnut veneer and a solid walnut reverse knife edge. The center island is something else again. . . A Grand Reception in the Caribbean

Round Reception Desk

WallGoldfinger has worked in some pretty faraway places in the past couple of years: Cairo, San Juan, Seoul, and, in this case, the Cayman Islands. The project was designed by DDL Studio and managed by Vista Development, both located in Georgetown, Grand Cayman. . . Complete Article and Pictures
