We Love Moving Parts

WallGoldfinger prides itself on the inventiveness of its staff. Rising to the challenge of creating a "hideaway" mechanism for those electronic components you don't always want to see, WG's engineers and shop personnel developed a pivoting "flipper door" that is supremely functional and foolproof.

The same basic mechanism is used to house these microphone jacks. This has been used for both button mics and gooseneck mics – it’s just a matter of altering hatch dimensions while the mechanism remains the same.

An electronic unit such as a Polycom can be accommodated by our "flippers". The hatch is counterweighted for a smooth, effortless operation and button catches secure the flipper in the up and down positions.
