Mark Richey Woodworking earns FSC Leadership Award
Nov. 2, 2023 - Mark Richey Woodworking, WallGoldfinger's parent company, has been honored with a 2023 FSC Leadership Award.
The award recognizes the company for bringing green manufacturing and sustainable practices to complex corporate, institutional and residential interior and exterior millwork projects across the Uniited States. Mark Richey Woodworking operates on green energies and has been FSC Chain of Custody certified since 2011, using FSC woods on many high-profile projects.
Seeing the bigger picture
Oct. 14, 2022 - Mark and Teresa Richey traveled to Tanzania in September with the Himalayan Cataract Project to help restore vision to nearly 300 people.
Himalayan Cataract Project co-founder and friend of the Richeys, Dr. Geoff Tabin, along with a small team performed 292 surgeries, each a success, returning vision to people with little access to medial care and suffering unnecessary blindness.
The experience was life changing.
Mark Richey Woodworking named national MBE
July 11, 2022 - Mark Richey Woodworking, WallGoldfinger's parent company, has been certified by the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
This certification means the company has met the National Minority Supplier Development Council criteria for MBEs. The National Minority Supplier Development Council is the largest national, uniformly recognized certifying and advocacy organization for MBEs.

WallGoldfinger Furniture goes big with new boardroom table line
Nov. 3, 2021 - WallGoldfinger Furniture is making it easier to specify its most requested shape of large custom tables by creating a boat-shaped boardroom table line called SightLines.
The new line is both traditional and modern in style, bringing some interesting design elements to a classic shape.
The table, for example, has vacuformed veneer edges, or veneer that gently slopes down to a flat. That vacuformed edge is above a phenolic chair arm protector that gives nod to the company’s green manufacturing practices.

Oct. 12, 2021 - WallGoldfinger Furniture’s latest line of conference tables, credenzas and waste receptacles, Doko, earned a 2021 Architizer A+Product Awards Special Mention for contact furniture earlier this month.
In announcing the award, Architizer called the recognition an “unparalleled honor.”
