Wall/Goldfinger, Inc. Summer 2005 - Vol. 19, No. 2
Off the Wall Cartoon

Welcome to our second eNewsletter. We were very encouraged by the response to our first issue and hope you will find this edition equally informative. If you have the time and have not seen number one, it’s available by going to our website and clicking on the Newsletters section.

We are very proud of the three projects showcased in this newsletter. The first story features a large elliptical table that has 28 motorized monitors which lift into position at the touch of button. Working with and integrating a variety of materials is one of our real strengths, and the next article shows some of the outstanding metal work we have incorporated into recent projects. Lastly, we had the opportunity to create a truly unusual base for the third highlighted project. This base was not only a design statement but an integral part of the sophisticated power, data, and communication equipment scheme.

We think the foregoing were all made possible in part because of our ability to create very realistic renderings of all kinds of concepts. We can demonstrate finish and veneer options, different shapes, structural schemes, etc. Tell us what you and the client need to see and we’ll do our best to provide it. The following image sets are examples of some of our recent work.

a. Video Conference (6 images)
b. Arbor Reconfiguring (6 images)
c. Stone Tables (5 images)
d. Case Work (6 images)

Please feel free to contact us when you need renderings to explain your concepts to your clients.

The last two years have been very strong for WallGoldfinger, and we have been able to invest in new tooling and software. This September we will be installing a panel sanding machine that represents the latest in sanding technology. It was custom made for us in Italy, and as you read this, it is on the boat and heading our way. You will see more about this in our next issue.

We hope you enjoy this issue, and we look forward to your feedback.

Stonehenge Revisited...And Updated A Bit Monitor level view

Several people who’ve seen it have commented that Wall Goldfinger’s latest hyper-tech table has something of the look of Stonehenge about it when viewed from certain angles.

Heavy Metal Metal edged table

Given the task of creating unique identities for two prominent national law firms, CBT Architects of Boston hit upon an elegant combination of materials for both.

New Mountain Arch Arched table legs

In many projects, if not most, there is not too much attention paid to a table’s supports. In this study, a spectacularly veneered boat-shaped table rides atop some decidedly atypical bases.

Foot Notes Good forklifts make good neighbors Bread loaf

Yes, it’s one of those truisms that’s valid just about anywhere but it seems particularly poignant in a little town like Northfield, home of WallGoldfinger.

Ronald McDonald House Charities Donated conference table

WallGoldfinger gives back to the community in not only financial contributions, but in furniture donations as well. Earlier this year we had the opportunity to donate a table to the Ronald McDonald House in Burlington, Vermont.

We also had three riders in this years Vermont MS Bike ride, raising money to cure Multiple Sclerosis. This Labor Day we are co-sponsoring a 5K foot race to benefit the Special Olympics.
