WallGoldfinger is currently seeking experienced shop woodworkers. In the woodworking shop, teams of one to four woodworkers build projects from start to finish-sanding, as well as doing post-finish reassembly. Many parts are cut and/or shaped by our CNC router; others are fabricated with panel saws, shapers, routers and other shop machinery. We sand parts and assemblies with stroke and widebelt sanders, pneumatic random-orbit sanders and by hand, to prepare for our finish shop to apply custom stains and finishes. A good candidate will have good basic woodworking skills, experience working with veneered panels and solid wood, and with installing cabinet and other hardware. Experience in using basic shop machinery such as table and band saws, jointers, planers and shapers, as well as portable tools such as routers and biscuit joiners is required. The applicant should also have an organized approach to work, and the desire and ability to work with others.
